AI Spend & ROI Tracker (Excel + Google Sheets)
You pay for a chat assistant, a coding copilot, an image tool, a transcription app, and a couple of API keys. Some of them earn their keep and some renewed while you weren't looking. The AI Spend & ROI Tracker puts every subscription and pay-as-you-go API bill in one workbook, turns it into a true monthly and annual number, and shows how much of it comes back as time saved, valued at your own hourly rate.
Add your tools, log the tasks they speed up (minutes saved and how often), and the Dashboard does the rest: spend by category, hours and money saved per month, ROI for each tool and overall, renewals coming up, and a cut-candidates list showing what you'd save per year by cancelling. API costs come from your own token counts and price-per-1M inputs, so the numbers stay right when providers change their pricing. It works in Excel and Google Sheets, comes with sample data you can clear in seconds, and takes about 5 minutes to set up.
